The Harrisburg Bureau of police was called to a report of shots fired in the area of South 14th and Derry streets around 7:15 p.m., according to a release by the department.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found two adults who were suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot injuries.
The victims told the police that they "were walking in the 1300 block of Derry Street when they heard gunshots and realized they were struck."
The police continue to investigate this shooting.
